Fun w/ HDR

As is customary in nearly all hobbies turned into part-time work, you slowly begin to lose focus of your original ambitions. A little bit of "Photography for the soul" is good once in a while, and I had a great little weekend romp through downtown Tallahassee with two fellow photographers...Seeking a return to our roots: Mako Yoshikawa and Michael Schwarz.

The sunrise was lackluster...The gloomy clouds of afternoon rain-to-be were drifting in, disguising any of the anticipated golden hues of sunrise...But photographers can't really complain about an overcast day, and we still got the shots we were after.

I played around a bit with perspective and HDR...Below are some example shots, with more to come soon.
